Let me be the first to welcome you to the official relaunch of Leigh McFadden Designs! 

Having my own space to display and highlight some of my pieces has always been a dream of mine. 20 years ago, I moved with my two little girls back to California to start our lives over again after a divorce. I didn’t have much--only six boxes--but I had my sewing machine and I had my passion. Now my resume spans multiple states, disciplines, mediums, and companies. There have certainly been a lot of false starts over the years, but 2019 has been a year of learning that it is never too late to chase your true calling, to embrace imperfections, and let the world know just how damn talented we are. 

I am looking forward to not only using this site to highlight projects that I am working on, but also write about the people I’m collaborating with, and find others to connect, grow, and create with.
